FCA Mission and Goals
The FCA mission is to enhance the experience of youth soccer in our community. The purpose of our program is to give competitive players an environment to reach their potential as both soccer players and individuals. We strongly believe that every youth program should achieve the same goals – to develop youth players in a demanding, yet fun, safe and educational environment. Our program caters to competitive youth players from the ages of 8 to 19 regardless of race, creed, gender or religion. The main focus of our program is not on winning, but on the development of the total soccer player within the framework of a team. To reach this goal we have assembled a highly qualified coaching staff that works within a structured age appropriate curriculum. We also offer specialized training for strikers and goalkeepers. At the younger ages a focus on footskills will be promoted. We believe that given the proper foundation, players can ultimately reach their highest potential. Our desire is to promote personal responsibility, fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
